We guarantee you will be satisfied with MOXĒ products, or we will refund your purchase price, or replace your product, at our discretion. We will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your items within 30 days from the receipt of original order.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with their original packaging still in tact. We ask that you state clearly why you are dissatisfied or describe the issue in detail, as it will help us make the correct determination on how we should handle it. In the case that we recommend a return request from the customer, the address is as follows:

Once your package is received back at our shipping facility, we will initiate a refund or exchange (whichever you requested) within 2-3 business days of the delivery.

If you requested a refund, it can take 3-5 business days to reflect on your statement.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs. MOXĒ does not refund shipping and handling fees.

If needing a return label, we may provide this, but the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free USPS standard shipping (3-5 business day delivery estimate) for orders in the continental United States when you spend $30 or more.

If purchasing the priority shipping option, the 2-3 business day delivery is an estimate and not a guarantee. Carrier delays can occur that our outside of our control.

There are no guaranteed delivery dates if you are purchasing a shipping option. All shipping options provide an estimate of your delivery date. We will not refund the shipping payment due to this.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

It is common for international orders to take up to 21 business days for delivery, especially if using USPS First-Class Mail International.

Note: International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from bemoxe.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country. From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment, however, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. If you do get charged an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, we can refund you for the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return, and in extreme circumstances can take as long as one year. 

No matter which shipping option you choose, our customer service team is here to help you with your shipment and make sure it arrives to you quickly and safely.

Be Moxe, LLC provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service by choosing Subscribe & Save Pricing, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership. 

You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.

Our premium hand soaps contain plant-derived ingredients, coconut oil, aloe, and are fragranced using essential oils. 

Our fragrance ingredients contain a mix of 100% pure essential oils and natural fragrance oils. These fragrance oils are a blend of isolated compounds from different plant parts (e.g. terpenes like limonene from citrus fruit rinds) that have a distinct smell. These isolates offer a more specified aroma than using essential oils as a whole that retain scents from the entire plant. Our fragrance oils do not contain synthetic ingredients.

Yes, our hand sanitizers have been clinically tested and they are dermatologist approved. 

MOXĒ hand sanitizer is a hand rub that kills many common harmful germs in as little as 15 seconds, without soap and water. It leaves your hands feeling soft and renewed.

First, apply the sanitizer to the palm of your hand. Then, simply rub throughout all surfaces of your hands and fingers until the product is dry.

Each batch of MOXE hand sanitizer is tested for compliance with FDA quality standards. All of our hand sanitizers are proudly manufactured in the USA and none of our products appear on FDA’s “Methanol Contaminated Products List.”

The active and inactive ingredients may vary across MOXĒ products. Please reference the specific product page to view that product's specific ingredient list. 

Our sanitizers are formulated with 70% ethyl alcohol. This is 10% more than the FDA requires for hand sanitizers to ensure efficacy.

The expiration date of our hand sanitizers can be found on the bottom of the bottle under the lot/batch number. Our sanitizers have a shelf life of 2 years when stored properly.

Remove your personal diffuser from the white tubing by removing the cork with your thumb.

Press your lips to the diffuser.

Breathe into your mouth for 2-3 seconds, without inhaling through your lungs.

Exhale through your nose.

Absolutely not! Our unique, custom blends consist only of essential oils and a vegetable glycerin base. Our products do not contain nicotine, artificial ingredients, flavorings, tobacco, Vitamin E acetate, THC, propylene glycol, or synthetic cannabinoids.

Everyone breathes differently, but the average user finds about 300 breaths from their MOXĒ diffuser. 

If this is your first time using a MOXĒ diffuser, start with 3-5 breaths every couple hours, and gauge use from there until you reach your desired mood. If that it not enough, try more breaths. 

Our personal essential oil diffusers are not refillable at this time. 

Your MOXĒ portable essential oil diffuser heats the essential oil blends to approximately 419 degrees Fahrenheit. 

There is no age requirement, however, our suggested age is 18 years and up. If under, please verify this is okay to purchase with parental approval.

Any users with asthma, allergies to any of our listed ingredients, or pregnant or nursing women should not purchase MOXĒ.

You may use your nasal inhaler once per day or multiple times an hour depending on your preference. Everyone has a different level of sinus sensitivity, so we recommend using 2-3x per day until you're comfortable with your personal usage.

Inhalers are best used within 90 days of opening, it is recommended to replace your inhalers after this duration.
