Domestic Shipping Policy

We offer free USPS standard shipping (3-5 business day delivery estimate) for orders in the continental United States when you spend $50 or more. 

If purchasing the priority shipping option, the 2-3 business day delivery is an estimate and not a guarantee. Carrier delays can occur that our outside of our control.

There are no guaranteed delivery dates if you are purchasing a shipping option. All shipping options provide an estimate of your delivery date. We will not refund the shipping payment due to this. 

International Shipping Policy 

It is common for international orders to take up to 21 business days for delivery, especially if using USPS First-Class Mail International
Note: International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country. From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment, however, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. If you do get charged an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, we can refund you for the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return, and in extreme circumstances can take as long as one year.

No matter which shipping option you choose, our customer service team is here to help you with your shipment and make sure it arrives to you quickly and safely.

Return Policy

We guarantee you will be satisfied with MOXĒ products, or we will refund your purchase price, or replace your product, at our discretion. We will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your items within 21 days from the receipt of original order.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with their original packaging still in tact. We ask that you state clearly why you are dissatisfied or describe the issue in detail, as it will help us make the correct determination on how we should handle it. Once your package is received back at our shipping facility, we will initiate a refund or exchange (whichever you requested) within 2-3 business days of the delivery.

If you requested a refund, it can take 3-5 business days to reflect on your statement
